MREyes is sold for research purposes exclusively by Brain Vision LLC, an international supplier of products to the neurophysiological research community.
In the event that your MREyes ever requires service, Brain Vision offers first line support to handle simple problems of installation or use.
Warranty
MREyes includes a 3-year unlimited warranty managed through Brain Vision. Ship a non-working unit to Brain Vision and a full replacement will be offered for any devices that fail due to defects or normal use. In the event that problems occur as a result of user actions (such as mechanical damage to the cables) repairs will be made at very reasonable rates.
